1- ask politely and also remeber that people in squad chat will not see your request.

2 - make sure you have time to complete what u have asked for, nobody likes 1/2 a FB.

3 - please invite when all are ready for what u have asked for, nobody wants to wait for
others to join especially at higher levels. We also have grinding and quest to do.

4 - and if you dont get help you may just have to wait, alot of other people waited for
their help just ask them.
