Without clerics pw would be in a lot of trouble these are the healers and buffers of the game. Nearly impossibly to do most bosses, fbs, and TT's without them. This class is probably most requested class for partys and also gets called on alot to ressurect. Although clerics main purpose is to heal they do a tremendous amount of damage with thier spells also

PostSubject: Attack Cleric - Odd   Thu Jan 22, 2009 10:05 am

This is a different look at clerics, it is the path I have chosen at this time! I certainly hope not all clerics do this, my own healing is obviously low for my lvl but I do hit a ton. I got this from the PWI forums it is a "Clean file" he does go on about how some players are not appreciative of this path, and when some of you look at his pvp reccomendations you may be a little unsettled, ... we'll see what the future holds for this path!

The original link got terminated so I store iton my site, G'Luck with this path I got dumped on the other day for not having revive , .. ah well such is life!

PostSubject: Priest Skill Guide (the best)   Mon Mar 02, 2009 2:53 pm

Level 1: None (Other than those already learned)

Level 2: -

Level 3: Great Cyclone Lvl 1
-Get this...it helps quite a bit, especially since it has a chance of slowing the enemy's movement speed (Unless, of course the enemy is ranged in which case you are kind of hosed =)

Level 4: -

Level 5: Plume Shot Lvl 2, Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell Lvl 2
-Get Plume Shot, as it's going to be one of your main offensive spells for quite a while.
-Do NOT EVER level up Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell. For one, it's a really slow ass heal. Secondly...the heal is never really that great. Third, you're gonna need the SP.

Level 6: Ironheart Blessing Spell Lvl 1
-Get this one. Much better than Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell and it works like a HoT (Heal over Time). For those who played MMO, this is akin to the Kahuna/Cleric's bubble.

Level 7: -

Level 8: Great Cyclone Lvl 2
-Must get. As a priest in earlier stages you're probably soloing if not duoing, but not being a complete healer just yet. The higher the level, the more chance there is to slow the enemy, and the duration that they are slowed also increases.

Level 9: Wellspring Surge Lvl 1, Vanguard Spirit Lvl 1, Plume Shell Lvl 1, Flying Mastery Lvl 1
-Wellspring Surge is a bit better of a heal than Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell and it has a faster cast time. I would definitely recommend getting this and leveling it up.
-Vanguard Spirit is your first buff. It raises Physical Defense and is a MUST for all clerics, whether you're going to be a healer or PvPer.
-Plume Shell converts some damage and charges it to your MP. Quite useful, especially in boss battles. Be wary though...this self buff can get quite expensive. Level up only if you're rich.
-Flying mastery is a passive that allows you to fly faster. Quite useful if you're going to be flying a lot. The choice of whether or not you want it is up to you.

Level 10: Plume Shot Lvl 3, Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell Lvl 3
-Last time I'm going to say it. Take Plume Shot up to Lvl 10. Never touch Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell.

Level 11: Ironheart Blessing Spell Lvl 2
-You will want this spell up to level 10, so yes, go ahead and buy it.

Level 12: Vanguard Spirit Lvl 2
-Definitely need this. Also, level 10 of this buff unlocks the AoE physical defense buff which is extremely useful.

Level 13: Great Cyclone Lvl 3
-Also recommended that you take this one up to level 10. Extremely useful and it's also your one magical attack at the moment. (Plume Shot does PHYSICAL damage)

Level 14: Flying Mastery Lvl 2, Plume Shell Lvl 2, Wellspring Surge Lvl 2
-Again, flying is your choice.
-Plume Shell, only get if you plan on spending a lot of money/SP in the future.
-Wellspring Surge, you'll want to take to level 10. Get it.

Level 15: Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell Lvl 4, Plume Shot Lvl 4, Vanguard Spirit Lvl 3
-Hmm...New format I guess. For older skills, I'll put a stated target level and for new ones a bit of an explanation. So for this level...
-Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell: Never Level
-Plume Shot: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Vanguard Spirit: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 16: Magic Shell Lvl 1, Thunder Ball Lvl 1, Ironheart Blessing Spell Lvl 3
-Magic Shell is a MDef buff and your second buff. Definitely get. Your MDef lacking companions will definitely appreciate it. Target level is 10.
-Thunder Ball is your third attack spell. This one does Metal damage over time (DoT). Recommended Target level is 10. Note: I personally like to use this because of the extra damage, however at higher levels it is not used very often. It is particularly useful in PvP though. All of this is a matter of preference but it also helps when fighting a boss because you can cast that DoT then go back to healing. (Every little bit counts )
-Ironheart Blessing Spell: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 17: -

Level 18: Great Cyclone Lvl 4, Vanguard Spirit Lvl 4
-Great Cyclone: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Vanguard Spirit: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 19: Plume Shell Lvl 3, Flying Mastery Lvl 3, Elemental Seal Lvl 1, Magic Shell Lvl 2, Wellspring Surge Lvl 3, Revive Lvl 1
-Plume Shell: Level if you think you have the money/SP to afford.
-Flying Mastery: Your choice.
-Elemental Seal: Not recommended to get until much later, if at all. This is basically a PvP element de-buff. You will be cramped for SP in the long run if you get this.(As well as money) Note though, that this is awesome in PvP against physical attack type players.
-Magic Shell: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Wellspring Surge: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Revive: Revive is definitely handy to have. Not only does it raise the dead but also restores a bit of Exp. The higher it's level, the more Exp it restores. Your friends will love you for this (Unless it was your lack of heals that killed them =P )

Level 20: Plume Shot Lvl 4, Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell Lvl 5
-Plume Shot: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell: Never Level

Level 21: Thunder Ball Lvl 2, Vanguard Spirit Lvl 5, Ironheart Blessing Spell Lvl 4
-Thunder Ball: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Vanguard Spirit: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Ironheart Blessing Spell: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 22: Magic Shell Lvl 3
-Magic Shell: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 23: Razor Feathers Lvl 1, Great Cyclone Lvl 5, Celestial Guardian Seal Lvl 1
-Razor Feathers: Recommended to level to 10. It's your first AoE spell (Area of Effect) and is quite powerful as well as useful.
-Great Cyclone: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Celestial Guardian Seal: This buff increases the mana/HP regen. Definitely must have and leveled to 10.

Level 24: Plume Shell Lvl 4, Flying Mastery Lvl 4, Elemental Seal Lvl 2, Vanguard Spirit: Lvl 6, Wellspring Surge Lvl 4, Revive Lvl 2
-Plume Shell: Your choice.
-Flying Mastery: Your choice.
-Elemental Seal: Only if you're PvP type and have the SP for it.
-Vanguard Spirit: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Wellspring Surge: Lvl 10 (Target), Revive: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 25: Plume Shot Lvl 6, Magic Shell Lvl 4, Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell Lvl 6
-Plume Shot: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Magic Shell: Lvl 10 (Recommended)
-Blessing of the Pure Hearted Spell: Never Level

Level 26: Thunder Ball Lvl 3, Celestial Guardian Seal Lvl 2, Ironheart Blessing Spell Lvl 5
-Thunder Ball: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Celestial Guard Hiergoram: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Ironheart Blessing Spell: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 27: Vanguard Spirit Lvl 7
-Vanguard Spirit: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 28: Razor Feathers Lvl 2, Great Cyclone Lvl 6, Magic Shell Lvl 5
-Razor Feathers: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Great Cyclone: Lvl 10 (Target)
-Magic Shell: Lvl 10 (Target)

Level 29: Plume Shell Lvl 5, Flight Mastery Lvl 5, Siren's Kiss Lvl 1, Metal Mastery Lvl 1, Elemental Seal Lvl 3, Dimensional Seal Lvl 1, Celestial Guardian Seal Lvl 3, Spirit's Gift Lvl 1, Wellspring Surge Lvl 5, Revive Lvl 3, Purify Spell Lvl 1
-Plume Shell: Your choice
-Flight Mastery: Your choice
-Siren's Kiss: This is probably one of your most useful attack spells. It does Metal damage in AoE and pushes the target away from you. Deadly when combined with Great Cyclone and Plume Shot. Recommended to level up to 10.
-Metal Mastery: An extremely useful passive which raises your Metal attack power. Must be maxed to level 10.
-Elemental Seal: Get if you are PvP type and have the spare SP for it.
-Dimensional Seal: This skill lowers Physical Defense and is useful for PvP. Get if you are PvP type and have the SP to spare.

I found a very nice website which helps you know more about CLERIC characters. It's a very interesting website; have a look:
